Isaiah is known as the ‘Evangelical Prophet’ because he spoke much about the grace of God in saving people, saving the people who realise that they can never be good enough for the true and living God, and so do need a saviour. The amazing thing is that Isaiah accurately prophesied our saviour about 730 years before the Son of God came down earth to be with man-kind and to save us – which is what we are reminded of every Easter. He, that is Jesus Christ, fulfilled the great divine plan as our saviour, which was set before the world began, dying to pay the penalty for our sins – our reminder each year on every Good Friday, the reminder of his death to save us.

Jeff shows us how the complete book of what Isaiah wrote well over 2,000 years ago is true and authentic, and how the earliest copy of this historical scroll was found in Qumran in 1947. And while this is a boost to his faith, Jeff’s faith is based on him knowing Jesus. This is something that many Christians are still learning, that you can have a wonderful personal relationship with Jesus, who is the Son of God.
