This simple parable of the net of fish leads us to the Final Judgement of this world. They collected the good fish in baskets “but threw away the bad” Matthew 13:49. God wants us to escape from the final judgement and not be thrown out. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16. Are you a child of God, committed to Him? Do you say “Thy will be done” and believe in God, or will God wash His hands and accept your choice, saying to you “Thy will be done”?
