This sermon:

So even the Gentiles?!?

Peter was asked to go somewhere he should never go, to eat with people who are unclean, and to do something that was totally forbidden. Thankfully, he did all that, and Luke tells us this in his book of Acts chapters 10 and 11 in the Bible. This story, told to us in graphic detail, is just what Peter did. The result was that Peter was soundly criticised because he broke their law. However, the people of the day, and us too today, benefit dramatically from this event. It was both a mind-blowing and world changing event in history, particularly for most of us who are Gentiles (non-Jews).
