This sermon:

The End of the Beginning – Daniel 11

The Biblical history of the early verses in Daniel 11 is clearly verifiable by secular writers, making clear to all just who the specific kings are in this section of Daniel. However, there are various views on the later verses, and Phil presents these for us to consider. He then shows why one particular view is the more likely to be the one we should embrace, and why we should embrace it. This preferred view is also underlined by Daniel 12:1-2. This is well worth considering because it reveals God’s plan, revealing that he knows what will happen, and that in spite of all the evil being dealt out today, God will win in the end. Be well aware that there will be an end to the world as we know it. We just do not know when that will be, only God the Father knows.
