How wonderful it was for people to be able to walk with Jesus about 2000 years ago. Jesus did walk with these travellers on the road to Emmaus, as recorded in this account in the book of Luke, when Jesus explained to these two travellers all that had already been written about him. Yet what is wonderful for us is that Jesus is still available to any and all of us today in so many ways. All I need to do is to you turn to Jesus and accept him into my life, asking him to change and guide me every step of the way in this chequered life that I lead. This is true for you, me and for us all.
